📸 Photo Requirements for Custom Ornament Orders
To create your personalized 3D printed ornament, please provide a clear portrait photo of the subject — ideally a front-facing headshot with good lighting.
Additional reference photos showing side or angled views are welcome and can help capture finer details, but they are not required.
After your purchase, you will receive an email requesting your photo(s). Please reply to that email with your images attached so we can begin designing your custom ornament.
Be sure to enter a valid email address at checkout, as this is how we’ll communicate and receive your photos.
For best results, ensure your main image shows the subject’s full face, unobstructed, and in focus.

Step 1: Place your order.
Step 2: Watch for an email requesting your photo(s).
Step 3: Reply to that email with your images attached.
Step 4: Our product team will design a custom ornament in your likeness.
Step 5: A rendered image of your ornament design will be sent to you for review and approval before modelingbegins.
Step 6: Receive your one-of-a-kind 3D printed ornament, ready to display or gift!

Each ornament is individually modeled, printed, and finished by hand. Because of this careful, custom process, please allow up to 14 days for production before your order ships.
